We can finally bring you some good news; we’re complete again! After Maarten re-joined us in January, we searched and searched and drank some beer, searched some more, drank some more beer and Jagermeister and contacted some bassplayers, but nothing steady happened. But then, in April, there she was and after some rehearsals, it just felt right.
Her name is Wies, and yes, she’s single. So now we’ll be rehearsing a lot and make sure she knows all our songs, before we’ll hit the stage again.
In the meantime, we’ll make sure to keep you updated. And maybe we’ll play in your neighbourhood sometimes!

Hello guys and girls!

We’ve recorded some songs at our rehearsal and we decided to put one on here. It’s called ‘Ready To Fly‘ (working title), and we think it rocks.

You might notice that there’s no bass, that’s correct. We’re still looking for a bass-player. We will have someone on audition soon, so let’s hope that it will work out and we can call ourselves a band again.

We will make some more tunes, and eventually we’ll be ready to hit the stage and we’re gonna rock your town!

First of all, a happy 2010 to all of you! May there be a lot of good music coming to your ears this year. We will also try our best to make that happen.

And now on to the first major update on Twiggy:
We’ve got another guitarist! So we’re with the 3 of us again. And guess who the guitar player is: No one less then Maarten, yes, the same Maarten who left almost a year ago. We’ve jammed for a couple of times now, and it was like he never left.
So now we only need a bassist, and Twiggy will be complete again!

We’re still very busy writing new material, and the new stuff we have so far is awesome. Maybe we’ll record it soon and give you a sneak preview.

As you might have known Maarten has quit the band in Februari, and now we have some new line-up news…

We’ve decided that we could no longer play with Ronald aka R0m0. Although he’s a skilled bassplayer, there were things about him that got us to a point where we could no longer work as a team.

Quick summary: When you’re always too late and you don’t comply with the appointments you’ve made, there will be a time when we’ve had enough. And that time has come.

So…if you happen to play bass, and want to join us, feel free to contact us. We would gladly hear you to play our tunes.

Also, if you don’t play bass, and want to join us, feel free to download our songs and play them as loud as you can, everywhere.

Just one last thing: We won’t be gigging soon (duh!), but now with only two left, it doesn’t mean we’re not gonna make music anymore. We’re still writing musical masterpieces. Well, that’s what we’ve been doing anyway.
